The much talked about Simhastha Kumbh Mela to be held in Ujjain is around the corner and unfortunately most of us are not aware what the hype is all about? This Mela consists of month long festivities that are held every 12 years by the banks of Kshipra River situated in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. This small city near Indore, the industrial capital of the state is known for its cultural diversity and rich historic sites.
